Dr. Pouriya Mehr
As an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) doctor trained in Ukraine and an advanced aesthetic medical practitioner, as well as the co-founder and Director of Mehr Aesthetics, Dr. Yuliia Dzekunova brings an elite level of surgical anatomy knowledge and meticulous precision to the art of non-surgical rejuvenation. She has completed extensive aesthetics training in the UK and abroad, including an aesthetic fellowship in France focusing on facial injectables.
Combining her medical background with advanced cosmetic training, she now specialises in sophisticated skin biorevitalisation treatments such as PRX‑T33, mesotherapy, botulinum toxin procedures, and regenerative PRP therapies as well as polynucleotides, expertly knowing how to stimulate cellular repair for enduring collagen health and long-lasting skin renewal.
Before entering the world of elite aesthetics, Dr. Mehr built an illustrious career in the high-stakes field of vascular and endovascular surgery. He holds advanced medical qualifications and has practised as a Senior Fellow in Vascular Surgery within the NHS across different hospitals in the UK, gaining extensive hands-on experience in complex vascular care.
Complementing his surgical expertise, he completed specialised training in numerous aspects of aesthetic medicine and regenerative techniques both in the UK and internationally.
Dr Mehr also holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from France with a focus on cell and gene therapies.
